1. Who are my customers?
  We supply retail stores and non profit organization whose intention is to re sell and distribute alba products. A valid state tax,exemption id or state resale certificate is required for us based customers.
 
2. What is the minimum order?
  $100 or more of handbags or other products. cost of shipping charge is not included.
 
3. How do I place an order?
  By phone, fax, e mail or by using website. you can also visit our store and place an order in person.
 
4. How can i pay?
  We accept visa,mc,american exp. discover,debit card, and money order for c.o.d. customers.
 
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
  We ship our merchandise within 48 hours after we receive your order and in the U.S. , merchandise will be delivered within 1 - 4 or 5 days on regular ground track.
 
6. Defect items?
  We can only exchange or give credit for manufacturer's defect. We are not responsibel for the products already have been used. Customers must provide a copy or original invoice upon request.
